Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
California Orders
In compliance with California Civil Code §1723 and the Federal Mail Order Rule:
- Orders will ship within 30 days unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- If shipping is delayed beyond 30 days, you will be notified and given the choice to:
1. Accept a new delivery date, or2. Cancel your order for a full refund.
- Standard California delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
Out-of-State U.S. Orders
- Standard shipping outside California: 5–10 business days after processing.
- If shipping is delayed beyond 30 days, we will notify you by email with the option to:
1. Accept the new estimated delivery date, or
2. Cancel your order for a full refund.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Estimated shipping dates are displayed at checkout.
- If estimated dates change, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a
